We ship out orders every 3-7 days via USPS Insured Mail. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to process depending on detail of order. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received, via USPS Priority Mail when possible.

We may offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances for products sold on our website only. We always packaging everything carefully and double check order, but occasionally accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or missing an item, please let us know right away so that we may fix the issue.
